Pre/Post Contest Diet Food

You'll be amused with the post-contest 'cheat' foods.
Mainly my pre-contest food leading upto the contest 1.5-2weeks out was just fish & chicken breast. I kept my fillers (broccoli, asparagus, celary, etc.) to a minimum. So, each meal consisted of 6-8oz of either fish or chicken. During my carb-up days (started Wednesday evening) I kept to sweet potatoes; 30g of carbs worth each meal. As the carbs went up, the protein went down, as well as the water intake.
