Sport-Specific 5 Weeks (10 Sessions) Package
Whether your playing golf, tennis, basketball, football, baseball, etc., we will look at your fitness goals & needs, and implement a training program that will be set to increase all aspects that are required by the sport. Performance increase will be our goal, and it will require a team effort from both the client & trainer to see these goals met. Two sessions per week will be required to assess proper implementation of the fitness treatment.
